**What We're Looking For**:
- Experience in metal roofing is great - but not essential
- Must be physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- White Card (required)
- Working at Heights ticket (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn
- Driver's license preferred
**Your Role**:
- Assist with installation of new roofs and re-roofs (Colorbond, Zincalume)
- Help with roof repairs and maintenance
- Work safely as part of a professional crew
- Follow instructions and contribute to quality workmanship
