A leading manufacturing business is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to drive growth and development. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and will have broad exposure across the group.

* Lead month end and year end closing processes, including accruals, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
* Coordinate quarterly and annual audits, and prepare BAS & PAYG.
* Analyze payroll expenses, reconciliations, and journals, and prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
* Maintain the fixed asset register, and drive process improvements and support systems initiatives.
* Business partner with internal and external stakeholders, and supervise and coach junior team members.
* Experience in a similar Senior Financial Accountant role, with strong analytical, reporting, and financial modelling skills.
* Ability to work with stakeholders across the business, and confident with systems including Excel.
