We have anopportunity for a Reporting Analyst to join ourFinance team. Reporting to our Senior Business Analyst, this rolesupports all lines of business with operational and compliancereporting.
- Full time, permanentrole based in our new West Perth office.

Keyresponsibilities:
- Maintain andstreamline compliance and mandatory reporting.
- Develop, maintain, andmanage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, utilising BIand other solutions.
- Collaborate withstakeholders to gather requirements and translate them intotechnical specifications for reporting.
- Perform data analysisto identify trends and provide actionable insights to drivebusiness decisions.
- Ensuredata accuracy and integrity in reporting andanalysis.
- Conduct regular auditsto ensure the consistency and reliability of data across allreporting platforms.
- Createand deliver presentations to communicate findings andrecommendations to stakeholders.
Aboutyou
You have aninquisitive mindset and enjoy playing with data, thinking outsidethe box and providing solutions. You get great satisfaction fromusing your tech skills to support your organisation with actionableinsights from complex datasets.
You will beable to demonstrate that you bring:
- Advanced proficiencyin Microsoft applications, especially PowerBI, Excel andSharePoint, with strong SQL skills and SSMSexpertise.
- Agilemindset capable of accurately collecting, organising,analysing, and sharing detailed information from varioussources.
- Strongcommunication skills, capable of clearly presenting complexdata.
- Ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment and manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’sdegree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or arelated field.
- Minimum of 3 years'experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or asimilar role.
- Attention to detailand critical thinking ability.
- Willing to obtainnecessary vaccinations and current National PoliceClearance
- Experience in agedcare or the health industry is highly regarded but notessential.
