* Base Salary of $72,966 + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the reception and administration of headspace Camperdown. In this role you will be acting as the first point of call to arrange support for young people experiencing mental health challenges.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
* working in a cohesive and collaborative team, reporting into the Practice Manager, headspace Camperdown
* manage the reception desk and any incoming calls or email inquiries
* process Medicare and overseas health insurance billings
* complete adhoc tasks to support the Clinical Team
* contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
About you
* experience working in a reception or administrative role within a medical or allied health practice
* previous experience processing Medicare or overseas health insurance billing would be highly desirable
* Mental Health First Aid or equivalent certification would be highly regarded
* ability to make young people who are seeking help for the first time feel comfortable, providing a welcoming and supportive environment
* experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
* intermediate computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
* flexible and agile to changing needs of the environment
* a great phone manner
* a current Working With Children Check.
