Senior Recruitment Consultant at Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a cutting-edge Accounting and advisory firm that’s anything but standard. They’re now on the lookout for a Practice Manager to join the team on a 3 - 6 month contract basis, with the prospect to move into a permanent position!!!
Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating staff, managing scheduling and resources, driving process improvements, and maintaining strong communication between teams, clients, and leadership.
Base pay range
A$90,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr

What do you do?
- Lead and coordinate daily administrative and client services operations
- Allocate tasks and staffing across teams to meet service demands
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and systems
- Mentor and support team members in their professional growth
- Track and report on performance metrics, staffing, and operational effectiveness
What do you need?
- 3+ years in an operations or practice management role, with accounting, finance, or advisory services
- MUST have Xero Experience
- MUST have Igniton Experience
- MUST have a proficient understanding of ASIC
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a talent for process improvement
- A people-centered leadership style, collaborative, empathetic, and culture-oriented
- Passion for workplace wellbeing, culture, and sustainable business practices
