Specific Selection Criteria
- 1. Approved to teach English Years 7-12 and demonstrate a capacity for strong student outcomes in English Advanced and English Extension
- 2. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with all key stakeholders
- 3. Proven ability to develop innovative, engaging teaching and learning programs that cater for student learning needs and improve student outcomes
