We're working with a leading global professional services organisation that's seeking a talented Contract Manager to join its high-performing Contracts Management team. This role is ideal for someone with around 7 years' + experience in contract or commercial management, ideally gained within an IT, technology, or professional services environment.
About the Role:
In this position, you'll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex commercial contracts, from pre-award drafting and negotiation through to post-award performance management, risk mitigation, and change control. You'll work closely with account and delivery teams to ensure contractual compliance, optimise commercial performance, and support positive client relationships.
About You:
* Circa 7 years' experience in contract management, commercial management, or vendor management.
* Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles, IT service delivery, and risk allocation.
* Proven experience managing client and supplier relationships in large, matrixed environments.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* You will have overseen/run teams.
