About the Role
A key position within the Immigration Team, this role is responsible for the delivery of key business activities including but not limited to mobilisations, de-commissioning's, understanding customer requirements and the translation of this detail to ensure the business maintains adequate staffing levels. You will monitor, review, and improve the productivity and quality of the resource models and real time management effectiveness as well as monitor, review, and report on the financial drivers across the network, with particular focus on overtime reduction management.

Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent experience within a complex medium to large organisation
Demonstrated experience in a workforce planning leadership position - example of strategies to improve resourcing models will be required
Proven experience in budget management and optimised service delivery
Highly developed Stakeholder Management skills
Sound business acumen and a track record of delivering value-add impact in a rapid-paced dynamic environment
Experience with managing complex contract-based obligations (Desirable)
