Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact and front-of-house for all visitors and guests to REA.
Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, Slack messages, and in-person inquiries.
Communicate facility and office updates to staff via appropriate channels.
Manage visitor registration and ensure proper check-in/out procedures.
Maintain security and access registers.
Keep common areas well maintained.
Handle procurement and workplace experience tickets related to reception.
Provide reception services for other states and remote workers.
Coordinate internal social events across all locations.
Support workplace safety and sustainability initiatives.
Assist HR with parking, benefits, onboarding, and policies.
Maintain internal intranet pages.
Act as an REA First Aider or Warden (training provided).
Qualifications & Skills

Additional Information
12-month fixed-term, full-time, on-site in Richmond, Monday – Friday.
