 
        
        Key Responsibilities
 * Lead daily breakfast service and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
 * Support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in menu planning, ordering, and stock control.
 * Supervise, train, and motivate the breakfast kitchen team.
 * Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
 * Assist with rostering, scheduling, and managing kitchen costs.
 * Deliver creative, seasonal, and high-quality breakfast dishes.
What we're looking for
 * Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume or premium setting.
 * Strong leadership and organisational skills.
 * Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards.
 * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
