A snapshot of what you will be doing here: Following internal processes and maintaining accurate system records Efficiently receive and dispatch goods Proactively maintain housekeeping standards in the parts store Collaborate with service technicians regarding their request for parts & accessories. Arranging couriers for dispatch and collection of goods Assisting with physical stock movements and stock control (up to 20kg) Supporting efficient workshop operations and a safety-first culture Who we're looking for: Background in mechanics, maintenance, planning, scheduling, auto parts stores or automotive retail is highly advantageous Tech-savvy (SAP/FSM experience highly regarded, or willingness to learn) Strong communicator with a proactive, positive attitude Process-driven, organised, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment Driver’s licence required; forklift licence beneficial but not essential (training available) Why you'll love working with us: You’ll join a smart, grounded team that moves fast and backs each other.
