We are seeking a highly organized Administration Assistant to join our team.
* This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workforce administration, coordinating equipment and new starter requirements, processing procurement tasks, arranging travel and accommodation bookings, managing site access requests, supporting timesheet and payroll accuracy, and preparing weekly and monthly reporting packs.
Close collaboration with Fleet Maintenance Admin Clerks is essential to ensure consistent and reliable admin support across the department.
About You
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a proactive approach to problem solving.
Key qualifications include Administration qualification or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in a similar role.
