Contract Support & Member Services OfficerAbout Australian Health Service Alliance Limited:Australian Health Service Alliance Limited (AHSA) is a service company acting as an agent on behalf of 20 small to medium Private Health Funds across Australia.
AHSA's fundamental responsibility is the facilitation of contractual arrangements between hospitals, doctors and health service providers on behalf of its Member Funds.AHSA provides a range of services to Member Funds including management of provider relationships, negotiation of contracts, collection, dissemination and analysis of medical and hospital data, education and training; and contract management and verification.About the role:Reporting to the Manager: Member Services and Operations you will be responsible for the maintenance and updating of the Health Contract Management System (HCMS) and assisting and responding to queries through the AHSA HelpdeskKey functions of this role include:Updating of hospital contract layouts and changesSending contract offers to selected hospital providersManagement of any Legislative changes that may impact AHSA, participating funds and the general health insurance industryRenewing contracts in the Health Contract Management System (HCMS)Provide assistance and respond to queries via the AHSA HelpdeskAssist your direct Manager with the co- ordination of the Internet site content, maintenance and updatesAbout You:You possess a strong work ethic, a good eye for detail and an ability to communicate effectively.
