Manager / Senior Manager - Lending Commissions and Governance
The Distribution Governance team engages a variety of stakeholders within Banking and Financial Services to ensure effective governance and compliance across the Broker network.
Our team works closely with various teams in the ecosystem, senior stakeholders and our distribution partners to embed strong risk management practices.

As a Manager/Senior Manager within our team, you'll be leading our mortgage broker commission governance and operations function.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a robust commission governance framework, ensuring all mortgage broker commission activities are compliant, accurate, robust and aligned with strategic business objectives.
You will lead a dedicated team, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance our commission systems and controls, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and process integrity.
What You Offer
Previous experience within financial services, ideally in Home and/or Business Lending
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and risks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A track record of successfully managing programs of work and driving process improvements.
Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
A proactive and continuous improvement approach to uplift processes and controls.
