We are seeking a Network Support Engineer to join our team for an initial 12 month contract to provide Level 3 BAU support across our clients R/S, SDN, Nexus, Aruba, Palo Alto/Fortinet & F5 environment This position will require you to work a 40 hour week over the weekend from Friday - Monday covering 7am to 7pm Duties Provide ongoing L3 support across LAN, WAN, SDN, R/S, Wireless and security infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Deep dive troubleshoot issues by using packet captures, logs, flow data and monitoring tools Tune and optimise the environment Perform routine health checks on critical devices Apply patches, firmware updates and security harden where required Skills and experience Required Willingness to work 7am-7pm from Friday through to Monday Experienced BAU support engineer and have operated at a Level 3 escalation point across R/S, SDN, Nexus, Aruba, Palo Alto/Fortinet & F5 Technology Proficiency across CCNP or CCIE Certification highly desired LAN, WAN, SD-WAN WAN Optimization - Riverbed SDN MPLS QoS Cisco R/S Nexus 3k & 9k Vmware NSX Palo Alto & fortinet Firewalls F5 LTM, GTM, APM Cisco Prime
