The Role You are the conductor of the orchestra. Your focus is on the "Here and Now"—ensuring every shift runs smoothly.
* Operational Excellence: Organize service shifts and manage rostering to budget.
* Service Standards: Ensure FOH operations meet strict KPIs in sales, service quality, and COGS.
* Team Builder: Organize and execute training for junior members to build a fast, friendly team.
* Stock & Product: Manage stock takes and assist with beverage menu design.
* Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to opening/closing procedures and company policies.
About You
* 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume venue.
* Tech-Savvy: Experience with our specific stack is a massive plus: Lightspeed (POS), Deputy (Rostering), and Restoke (AI/Inventory management).
* Strong financial acumen (Labour costs, COGS, rostering).
* Passionate about training and culture.
* A "Service First" mentality—ensuring every guest leaves happier than when they arrived.
