As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Senior Community OT, where you'll enjoy great flexibility, a competitive salary and the opportunity to grow into a Team Manager.
Key areas of the role are:
* Working closely with participants (full age range) and their care team, providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals
* Conducting home and community assessments, making home mod and AT recommendations
* Referring partner relationship management for the region
* Participating in individual and group wide professional development initiatives
* Alongside the Area Manager, support the growth of the region including new clinicians that join the central coast team

The successful candidate will have
* Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights
* 2 + years post graduate experience in NDIS
* Outstanding communication, interpersonal and relationships building skills
Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $95k-$110k + super + bonus + vehicle allowance. You will also be supported, mentored and offered genuine work life balance.
