We are looking for an ambitious and talented Chef to take control of our Conference & Events kitchen as Sous Chef.

The successful candidate will be responsible and in charge of the kitchen and successfully executing or conference and events menu.
To apply and be successful, you will need the following:
* At least 2-3 years experience employed as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
* Responsible for the service to our residential conference groups, banquet event and wedding clients, this will include some evening shifts and weekends.
* Train and develop all staff to achieve excellence in meal presentation which represents a boutique 4.5-star hotel.
* Implement cost effective recipes, including ordering, and follow financial goals set by the General Manager.
* When the business dictates assist in the Bistro kitchen
* Be capable of performing under pressure.
* Full Trade qualifications required.
* You must have working rights in Australia.
