Executive / Team Assistant

Full time (12 Month Contract) | Immediate Start

The Executive / Team Assistant provides high-level administrative and coordination support across Storco's
Sales, Marketing, and Operations
teams.

This role acts as a link between management, internal departments, and external partners — supporting the smooth proposal of projects, consistent communication, and timely delivery of business priorities.

The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate strong initiative, and be able to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direct support to the Sales Manager & the Development Team, including but not limited to coordination and meeting preparations, agenda preparation, taking minutes and tracking actions for team meetings and projects.
* Assist the Sales Team with CRM updates, lead tracking, and reporting.
* Coordinate proposal and quotation documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
* Liaise with Business Development Coordinator and Account Managers to support client follow-ups, scheduling, and regional itineraries.
* Work with the Sales Manager to prepare sales reports, pipeline summaries, and performance dashboards for the executive team.
* Support the administration of contracts, tenders, and project handovers.
* Coordinate marketing initiatives, campaigns, and social media scheduling in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator.
* Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and event collateral.
* Assist with planning and coordination of trade shows, client functions, and promotional events.
* Liaise with the Sales Manager & Sales Team to ensure an up to date procurement forecast.

Skills & Attributes

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and CRM systems (Business Central experience preferred).
* Positive, professional, and approachable — a natural team connector.
