Full-time and Part-time options 0.6-1.0FTE (Visa Sponsorship Opportunities available)

We are looking for passionate Speech Pathologists and Senior Speech Pathologists, ideally with 2-3 years of experience, to join our teams in the Lower Southwest regions (Bunbury, Busselton, and Margaret River). New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

About the role

SensesWA Speech and Senior Speech Pathologists primarily deliver community-based interventions in clients' natural environments. You will work within dedicated, supportive transdisciplinary teams to provide family and person-centred, evidence-based supports, aiming to enable clients to live their best lives.

You will work with clients across the lifespan, with various disabilities, including ASD, intellectual disabilities, vision, and hearing impairments. You can tailor caseloads based on your interests and expertise.

What you will bring to the role

* A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, approved by Speech Pathology Australia, with 2-5 years of experience preferred.
* A current Driver's Licence, WWC Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and First Aid certification.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a transdisciplinary team.
* Ability to assess, plan, implement, and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed services.
* Experience in providing clinical support and supervision to entry-level Speech Pathologists.
* A passion for working collaboratively with clients and families to improve outcomes.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
