We're partnering with a leading clinical trial site in Sydney that's entering a key growth phase. They're looking for a Nursing Manager who can take ownership of operations across multiple departments and lead a team with clarity, fairness, and confidence.
This role would suit someone who takes the time to listen, supports their team, and leads with fairness, while still being comfortable making decisions when needed and firm.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the go-to leader across three core areas: Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Treatment Room.
* Leading a wider team of 13 nurses
* Owning patient flow - keeping things efficient, safe, and running smoothly
* Delegating effectively and bringing structure to busy clinical environments
* Supporting and developing team leads to step up and perform
* Balancing clinical priorities with operational demands
* Playing a key role in future planning as the site expands
This is a role for someone who can zoom out and think strategically, but also step in when needed and get things sorted.

You've run a ward or department before. You know what good looks like - and you're not afraid to uphold it.
* Strong experience as a NUM or senior nursing leader
* Confident managing people, performance, and expectations
* Organised, decisive, and solutions-focused

* Clinical trials experience isn't essential - the processes will feel familiar
