About the Role
We are currently working with a fantastic business who are
looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Enablement Specialist to make an impact with their dynamic APAC sales team in Sydney
. This hands-on role blends
sales enablement, marketing knowledge, and creative training delivery
to help sellers succeed with marketing automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver onboarding programs and sales training for APAC sales hires.
* Run call coaching sessions and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
* Create enablement content, including playbooks, scripts, and presentation packs.
* Support new product launches and translate marketing/Martech knowledge into practical guidance.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
* Act as a hands-on resource for sellers, helping them apply learning to real sales opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in
sales enablement, sales operations, or marketing-driven enablement
, ideally in SaaS or Martech.
* Exposure to
marketing automation or CRM platforms
.
* Strong
stakeholder engagement
and communication skills – relatable, approachable, and confident.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be creative in developing training and enablement resources.
* Understanding of APAC sales markets and cross-cultural teams.
* Comfortable in
fast-moving, dynamic SaaS environments
and balancing multiple priorities.
