Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Hourly Rate: $25–$30 per hour

A position for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant is now available at SportsCare Mawson, a multidisciplinary clinic offering physiotherapy, exercise physiology, hand therapy, and massage.

Our administration team is friendly, efficient, and busy. We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent customer experience while managing diaries for multiple professions across several sites.

Position Details

* Hours: 18–20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus some Saturday mornings.
* Flexibility: Ability to provide coverage for annual and sick leave at Mawson. Occasional casual shifts may also be required at our Barton clinic (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities & Skills

We are seeking an administration team member who demonstrates:

* Exceptional customer service skills
* High-level computer literacy
* Professional communication across all clinic channels
* Experience processing payments (HICAPS and EFTPOS)
* A positive, proactive attitude
* Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
* Team collaboration and initiative to work independently

Previous administration experience is beneficial and on-the-job training will be provided.

* Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
