on the role: As General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and presentation of the resort. You’ll lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring profitability, customer service, and the highest standards across accommodation, food & beverage, and property presentation.
Key responsibilities
Lead overall resort operations to achieve financial, guest satisfaction, and operational goals.
Drive a culture of exceptional guest service and team development.
Oversee financial performance including P&L;, budgets, and reporting.
Ensure property standards, maintenance, and presentation are consistently met.
Champion workplace health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel/resort management, with expertise in food & beverage operations.
Strong leadership and people development skills.
Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L; accountability.
Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
