As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to supervise a small team of General Hands and contribute to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities. Your role will involve carrying out gardening and general maintenance tasks at various sites for commercial clients, while working towards achieving operational and financial goals.
The ideal candidate will possess sound communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to use problem-solving and technical skills to solve maintenance, contract, and scheduling issues. A current driver's licence and ability to tow a trailer are also essential requirements. Additionally, you must be physically fit to meet manual handling requirements and hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
