About the position
The Gallery Facilities Coordinator effectively manages the Art Gallery facilities which include building maintenance, asset and fleet management. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders, building effective relationships and managing and coordinating key contracts and projects to achieve desired business outcomes. The position is responsible for implementing policies, procedures and strategies to achieve and maintain best practice in the provision of facility services.

This position is located in central Perth within the Cultural Centre hub close to the bustling café, tourist and shopping districts.

Conditions
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must be an Australian citizen, have permanent resident status in Australia or have a visa that allows you to live and work in Australia for the period of your employment contract.

* A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate will be required prior to commencement of employment.
