Position: Experienced Site Supervisor
Location: Based in Morisset, NSW (Onsite Across NSW)

Goldbeer Homes is seeking a motivated, experienced, and highly organized Site Supervisor to join our growing team. Based out of Morisset, this role will involve supervising construction projects across various onsite locations throughout New South Wales.
About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all onsite construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with trades, suppliers, and project managers to maintain smooth operations from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day onsite construction activities
* Coordinate and manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
* Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly
* Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders
* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
* Strong knowledge of building processes, codes, and standards in NSW
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to lead, motivate, and manage multiple trades effectively
* Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
* Current White Card (required)
* Relevant building qualifications or trade background preferred
* Valid driver's licence
