Role: Education Recruitment Consultant (full-time)
Location: Richmond, Victoria (+ work from home days)
Salary: $70k-85k base plus + superannuation + commission + team bonus

Nurture Education Australia is a small and rapidly growing teacher recruitment agency that is making waves in the education recruitment space. At present, we are a team of 9 young professionals who are social, enthusiastic and passionate about working hard to collaborate and achieve team outcomes. We pride ourselves on our personalised approach to recruitment, leveraging our industry expertise and dedication to build lasting relationships with both teachers and schools.
The role:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with primary/secondary schools and educators in the Greater Melbourne area.
The successful candidate will be sourcing and placing qualified candidates in teaching or support staff positions (casual work and permanent positions). This is a fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities to gain commission from casual teacher bookings and fixed term placements.
Regular tasks include:
* Actively sourcing and placing suitable candidates for both casual relief teaching (CRT) and fixed term/permanent placements
* Liaising with client schools in a professional manner to ensure staffing needs are regularly met
* Completing compliance checks to onboard incoming candidates
* Scheduling and tracking casual relief teacher bookings
* Assisting with teacher candidate interview preparations
* Creating and implementing strategies for business development and growth
* Monitoring and reporting on candidate feedback and satisfaction
* Creating marketing campaigns for in demand vacancies
* Providing general administrative support, including scheduling, data entry and calls

About you:
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and/or recruitment, excellent communication and relationship building skills, as well as a strong passion for education. Experience in education is not required, though a knowledge of the sector is an advantage. You will be able to work well under pressure, both within a team and individually. We are seeking proactive and resilient team members who are able to work collaboratively to achieve team outcomes.
Additional skills include:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Experience with email marketing and social media platforms
* Professional communication (verbal and written)
