Recruitment Manager for Student Engagement
This role focuses on attracting and engaging with prospective students to drive enrolment growth.
The primary goal is to develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, schools, and corporate stakeholders to promote EDU's courses and foster strategic partnerships that drive student enrolment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop tailored course solutions to meet the needs of industry partners and educational stakeholders.
* Schedule and conduct regular visits to industry partners, schools, community events, service centers, and corporate offices to promote EDU's offerings effectively.
* Attend key recruitment events, representing EDU's courses and providing accurate information and advice to prospective students.
Engagement with Prospective Students:
* Support and nurture prospective student leads, guiding them in selecting the most appropriate course and study pathway.
* Provide accurate information and advice on Ikon's and ALG's courses and enrolment policies to prospective students.
* Collaborate with the Admissions team to obtain additional information required for prospective students.
Market Feedback:
* Provide feedback on market trends and potential opportunities for partnerships and enrolments.
* Gather feedback from prospective students and field interactions, reporting insights to the Manager.
Reporting and Other:
* Record accurate data in the CRM system in a timely manner.
* Prepare operational reports on the performance of the lead funnel, identifying relevant issues.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in implementing changes.
