About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer service/sales experience.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing customer enquiries via phone & email
* Processing quotes and orders for our Account customers
* Preparing reports & reviewing KPIs
* Maximising sales opportunities & working closely with our Account Managers
* General administration duties

You are a team player with an exceptional customer focus, strong attention to detail, and you thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to provide customer solutions and exemplary service.

We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual who has:

* Experience in customer service and/or sales administration
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
* Microsoft Office and SAP system experience is highly regarded
