You'll be central to ensuring RBM Systems' products are received, assembled, and dispatched accurately and efficiently, while also contributing to the sales function by preparing quotations and handling customer enquiries. It's an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants to develop a career across both operations and sales in a growing technical distribution business.

* Receive, check, and process incoming overseas container deliveries, reconciling against purchase orders
* Conduct regular stock takes and assist with inventory accuracy and reporting
* Perform product assembly and kit formation in line with customer specifications and quality standards
* Answer incoming phone and email enquiries, providing professional and helpful responses
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment in compliance with WHS requirements
Suggested Additional Responsibilities
* Coordinate with the Technical Sales & Operations Coordinator on stock availability for active quotes and orders
* Assist with labelling, packaging and preparation of products for local compliance requirements
* Photograph and document incoming stock for quality assurance records
* Support trade show and promotional event logistics (packing, transport, setup)
* Flag slow‐moving or damaged stock and contribute to stock optimisation
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a warehouse, trade distribution or logistics role
* Experience with freight booking platforms or transport management systems
* Basic quoting or sales support experience an advantage
* Strong attention to detail, particularly for order accuracy and stock reconciliation
* Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
* Good communication skills and a positive, customer‐focused attitude
* Experience or interest in the plumbing, HVAC or building services industry preferred
What We're Looking For
A reliable, detail‐oriented team player who takes pride in doing things right the first time. You're comfortable moving between the warehouse and a computer, you communicate well with customers and freight partners, and you're looking to grow your skills in a business where your contribution is genuinely valued.
This role offers an opportunity to be part of a small, close‐knit, growing team where your skills and initiative will be noticed and rewarded.
