About the Role
Provide exceptional guest service; menu recommendations, processing orders and payments accurately and delivering food & drinks promptly. Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service including addressing guest needs & concerns. Lead by example by embodying our company's values and fostering a positive work culture.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role (2 years preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for customer‐focused service
* Adaptability to a fast‐paced and high‐pressure workplace while maintaining attention to detail
* Team player with willingness to learn and strong work ethic
* Availability over a 7‐day rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
* Licence/Certification: RSA (required)
* Work Authorization: Australia (required)
* Hourly pay rate expectation (application question)
