Flourish Australia are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the development and growth of our Accommodation services! The position available is: Closed-term full-time (5-years) Working Monday to Friday Flexibility to be based in our Sydney or Hunter New England regions, with travel required between both regions Attractive remuneration package of $180K inclusive of 11.5% superannuation & motor vehicle allowance About the Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, Services, the Regional Manager, Accommodation oversees high-quality, recovery-oriented accommodation programs for individuals with complex mental health issues at Flourish Australia. The role involves planning, development, resource allocation, and service delivery management, focusing on the safety and care of people in the accommodation programs and ensuring their safeguarding. The Regional Manager, Accommodation is responsible for managing and supporting dedicated teams that work in Flourish Australia’s accommodation programs in both our Sydney & Hunter New England regions; currently the National Disability Insurance Service Supported Independent Living (NDIS SIL) and government funded accommodation services. The position is also responsible for fostering a collaborative environment, upholding Flourish Australia's values and vision, and strives to create an inclusive and supportive service where individuals can achieve their personal goals and thrive. Selection Criteria Essential: A diploma or degree in health, human or behavioural sciences, employment services or related discipline. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar senior position. Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing community-based services across multiple locations with varying program requirements Demonstrated engagement, collaboration and partnership skills, with the capability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a range of organisations and stakeholders across multiple sectors. Demonstrated experience in supporting and leading a disperse team. Demonstrated experience in delivering services to align with funding and contractual KPIs, as well as managing the financial and reporting obligations of the operations.
