I'm currently partnering with a leading Australian fashion retailer to recruit an experienced Store Manager for their Frankston boutique on a maternity leave contract. This well-established brand has a strong national presence, a loyal customer base, and focuses on delivering an elevated, styling-led customer experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-performing store on a fixed-term contract and lead a passionate team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing retail team
* Drive sales performance, KPIs and customer engagement
