Job Description:
Catering Attendant - Equipment & Cart Make Up
This role involves working on both morning and afternoon shifts, specializing in packing and making up our food trolleys (carts) and equipment for our customer airline. Responsibilities include safely handling, cleaning, counting, sorting, and packing items such as glassware, dishes, cutlery, napkins, and other sundry items.
Accurate performance of all tasks and duties assigned in a timely manner is essential. The ability to use machinery safely once trained, in your designated area, is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Availability for afternoon shifts on a 7-day roster (5 on 2 off), full-time 38hr week.
* Experience of working in a food distribution or manufacturing environment.
* Strong numerical skills (accuracy counting is vital).
* Sound knowledge of Work Health and Safety and Basic & Hygiene rules.
* HACCP experience preferred but not essential.
