The Role: Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee the delivery of multiple residential homes across your designated region, ensuring each project is completed on time, on budget and to a high standard. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate trades and drive build progress through effective scheduling and on-site problem solving. Key responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with WHS standards, liaising with clients where required, maintaining construction documentation and utilising systems such as Framework to manage project timelines, updates and reporting. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of their sites, thrives within structured systems and has a genuine passion for residential construction About You: You will have approximately 3–4 years’ experience working as a Construction Supervisor within a project home builder or custom home builder and be interested in developing your career within the project home sector. A strong trade background is essential, with a Certificate III in Carpentry required along with either a Certificate IV in Building and Construction or a Bachelor of Construction Management. You will have strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple builds at different stages, and a proactive approach to problem solving and trade coordination.
