Sales Growth Partner / Wholesale Coffee Sales Representative
Blacklist Coffee Roasters is an award-winning specialty coffee roaster based in Perth. We supply coffee to cafés, hospitality venues, offices and wholesale partners, with a focus on quality, service, training and long‐term relationships.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Growth Partner to help grow our wholesale coffee network across Western Australia.
About the Role
You will work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities, approach potential customers, present our wholesale offering and help convert new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospecting and approaching new wholesale coffee customers
* Building relationships with café owners, operators and decision‐makers
* Presenting Blacklist Coffee Roasters' wholesale offering
* Helping onboard new accounts
* Maintaining and growing your account portfolio
* Representing the Blacklist brand professionally in market
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, self‐motivated and relationship‐focused.
You may have experience in sales, hospitality, coffee, account management or business development. Coffee knowledge is helpful, but the right attitude, drive and ability to build trust with customers is more important.

Remuneration
This role includes a base salary plus performance‐based incentives.
The structure is designed to reward new business growth and long‐term account performance.
Earnings can increase significantly as your portfolio develops.
