These schools serve young people facing complex educational, social, or psychological challenges, providing a trauma-informed, supportive learning environment based on the principles of Honesty, Respect, Participation, and Safety, embedded in the 'Operation by Principles' and 'Common Ground' frameworks.About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role is to support young people's engagement in learning through in-class support, workshops, and activities promoting inclusion and social development.
The role involves collaboration with teachers, other youth workers, and school leadership.
Candidates should possess thorough knowledge of youth work theories and practices and experience applying this knowledge.
