The ideal candidate will have a degree in Food Science/Technology or a related field, with experience in R&D, Quality, or Food Safety. They will be accountable for food safety and quality initiatives across their value stream, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support incident management.
* Implement and manage food safety and quality programs across the value stream.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and elevate quality standards.
* Be the subject matter expert for risk assessments, incident investigations, and change management.
* Participate in key forums: audits, operational meetings, quality reviews, and site management discussions.
* Manage incident and near-miss reporting, CAPAs, and consumer complaint resolutions.
