We're seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Home and Community Services team, where you'll play an important role in supporting the delivery of quality care. This dynamic role involves providing broad administrative support, serving as an initial point of contact for clients and stakeholders, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily operations. Your ability to stay organised, take initiative and handle sensitive information with discretion will help ensure efficient service delivery, strong teamwork and a positive experience for clients, staff and the community.

What you bring:
* Experience in dealing with Contractor and maintain standing relationships with contractors
* Arranging and booking Forum Venues and packing PPE packs for Forums.
* Carelink+ experience
* KwikTags experience
* Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support
* Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent communication skills and demonstrated use of tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations
* Proactive approach to work and the ability to take initiative with tasks
* High level of organisational skills
* Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
Desirable:
* Qualifications or relevant experience in the Human Services or Aged Care sectors
* Experience in staff rostering
