About You
To succeed in this position, you will need to have:
1. Extensive industry experience as a qualified chef.
2. A strong network of contacts, particularly at a senior chef level.
3. The ability to build rapport with clients and achieve sales targets.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Intermediate computer skills, preferably with experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
You will also be required to deliver presentations and customer training programs, both internally and externally, to promote RATIONAL products and services.

Responsibilities
This role involves identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with key food service operators and chefs. Your duties will include:
1. Identifying and acquiring long-term customers for RATIONAL products and services.
2. Delivering RATIONAL Cooking Live presentations and customer training programs.
3. Preparing call plans to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual objectives.
4. Managing customer relationships through Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Occasional local and interstate travel may be required to establish a strong network and contact base, and to execute monthly sales activities.
