We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a major SAP transformation program for a large enterprise client. This role will focus on delivering the migration from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA, with a strong emphasis on SAP HCM and Payroll integration.
You will play a key leadership role in driving delivery across functional and technical streams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of a complex enterprise SAP program.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA migration program
* Manage project governance, planning, budgets, and delivery milestones
* Oversee SAP HCM / Payroll implementation and integration within the S/4HANA landscape
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical architects, and system integrators
* Drive data migration, testing strategy (SIT/UAT), and cutover planning
* Manage senior stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
* Identify risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring program delivery objectives are achieved
Key Requirements
* Proven experience delivering SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA migration programs
* Strong background managing SAP HCM / Payroll implementations or upgrades
* Demonstrated experience managing large-scale SAP transformation projects
* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
* Experience coordinating multiple vendors and delivery partners
* Solid understanding of data migration, testing, and cutover planning
* Experience working in complex enterprise or government environments preferred
