About the role:
As the National Sales Manager you'll be the key performer of the business- driving sales, building the brand name, and getting people catching fish on our gear. With a strong focus on sales, customer satisfaction, and getting us to stand out in the fishing community.
What you'll be doing:
* Getting out on the road to visit tackle shops and building relationships with them
* Packing orders and invoicing them
* Assisting with marketing where needed
* Explore opportunities to increase market share
* Help out with product development
* Talk about products on our socials
* Attend the occasional networking event such as AFTA and local fishing clubs
* Light admin duties
