We are currently seeking multiple Educators to join Thoughtful Thornlands. Diploma trained or Cert 3 trained. With this role you will champion every child's potential. Through your nurturing care and meaningful interaction, you empower children to become curious, resilient, and confident in all their abilities.

Skills & Strengths & Style
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) or Cert 3 in Early Childhood Care
* A current Working with Children Check
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
* Full Australian working rights
* A professional, approachable, and friendly presentation
* The confidence and curiosity to build genuine connections with families and the local community
* A team-first mindset and a passion for making a real difference
* Two professional references, including one from a current or former childcare/education manager or supervisor
