What will I be doing?
In your new role as a Demi Chef, you will utilise your creative flair and passion for food and will be responsible for performing the following tasks;
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
- Preparing all mis-en-place for all relevant menus
- Assisting in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and effective manner
- Contributing to control costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you must have prior experience working as a banquets chef as well as:
- NVQ Level 3
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Previous kitchen experience
