**Your Opportunity**

This role is a **5 month Full-Time** **Fixed Term** contract and is responsible for the administration of the traineeship program and accredited pathways for Australian Unity staff who to undertake Australian Apprenticeships and qualifications. The role reports to the VET Coordinator and works closely with students, branches, operational staff, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and Apprenticeship Network Providers (ANPs). Program Administrators work with the business and VET Coordinator to ensure sign ups and enrolments are completed and associated subsidies are claimed.

The role works closely with RTO's to schedule training and ensure it is delivered in a timely manner. They also work with branches to ensure rostering and other requirements are in place to enable effective training to take place. The incumbent will also receive progress reports from RTO's for individuals, identify any concerns and take actions as required.

The Program Administrator will be a key point of contact for the program and as such will deal with trainees, operational staff and external parties seeking information. They will also assist Program Mentors to identify participants requiring support and scheduling meetings as appropriate. The Program Administrator will assist the VET Coordinator in ensuring targets are met, ensure accurate record keeping and provide information required to report on the performance of the program.
