Your new role
Supporting their Senior Project Manager on small Commercial projects c. $10M, you will focus on typical Contract Administration tasks from getting POs out of the door, to variations, and progress claims. You will also contribute to the development of Procore, which has recently been introduced to the business. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced but also willing to learn a long-term career role with stability, but also career progression should you wish to progress into a Project Manager role.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience as a contract administrator in commercial construction.
* Tertiary and/or Trade Quality a benefit but not essential
* Ability to learn with strong communication and organisational skills.
* Locality to Hervey Bay.
What you'll get in return
Salary will be commensurate with experience, while a range of up to $90k base is a good indicator. More possible, the more experience you have. Our client also places a strong emphasis on a healthy work-life balance, with a standard 8-hour working day, Monday to Friday.
