Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and support a motivated PM team
Oversee daily operations, workflow and compliance
Manage a high-quality residential portfolio
Handle escalations with confidence and professionalism
Implement and refine PM processes and best practices
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Contribute to business improvement and growth initiatives

What You'll Bring
3–5+ years' Property Management experience
Leadership or senior-level PM background
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
Strong knowledge of QLD legislation and industry best practice
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to coach, motivate and support staff
Experience with industry software (e.g., PropertyMe)
Professionalism, attention to detail and a positive attitude
