Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer Role Overview
Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to support rapid-response research and development (R&D) in various secure laboratory environments. This role involves leveraging expertise in developing prototype solutions to exploit digital signals from overhead SIGINT and other RF collection sources, tailoring tools and techniques to prosecute high-value targets as required by mission operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement prototype solutions to support mission operations.
* Design, optimize, and tailor DSP tools and techniques to prosecute high-value targets.
* Analyze and process digital signals from diverse RF sources, developing algorithms and methods to enhance signal detection, collection, and exploitation.
* Collaborate with lab teams and mission stakeholders to define requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver actionable capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree with 8+ years related experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years related experience.
* Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
* 5+ years of experience in digital signal processing, with a focus on SIGINT and RF collection systems.
