Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Test Lead/Manager, located on-site in Melbourne for a Financial services client. The Test Lead/Manager will oversee test execution, develop and manage test strategies, create test plans and cases, and ensure seamless test management processes. This role involves leading testing efforts, ensuring quality assurance, and delivering effective testing methodologies within project timelines and scope.
QualificationsDemonstrated experience in AI implementations (Mandatory)Knowledge and proficiency across the cards domain.Proficiency in creating and executing test cases where requiredExperience in Test Management and creating Test StrategiesStrong knowledge of Testing principles and methodologiesEffective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsPrior experience managing testing teams and delivering projects in software or IT systemsExperience with testing tools and frameworks Relevant certification in software testing or project management is a plus
